Overview
As Head of Performance Analytics, you will lead a high-impact analytics function at Experian, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and insights that drive commercial value. You’ll partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, and other leaders to explain performance, identify growth opportunities, and embed data-driven decision-making across the business. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering commercial thinking and technical excellence. This is a chance to influence outcomes across subscriptions, marketplace, and Bureau data with AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities
- Own the Performance Analytics roadmap and ensure alignment with business strategy
- Partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership to influence decisions with data-driven insights
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Develop and evolve predictive models and frameworks for metrics like LTV, retention, churn, profitability and growth
- Own the business performance framework with trusted metrics, reporting, and insights
- Lead analytics for subscription and marketplace businesses to improve customer value and growth
- Utilize Bureau data, internal data and external market intelligence to benchmark performance and spot opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering and Technology teams to deliver actionable programs, embedding AI and automation
Key requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing analytics or performance analytics teams
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic business partnering with senior leaders
- Expertise in analytical frameworks and predictive models (LTV, retention, churn, profitability, propensity)
- Advanced SQL skills with large, complex datasets
- Track record of translating analysis into measurable business outcomes
- Experience establishing KPIs and executive-level reporting
- Ability to manage an analytics roadmap aligned to objectives
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve insights
