Strategy and Insights Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive data‑led growth across a global hospitality business by identifying key drivers of performance and informing commercial decisions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimise store network strategy and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You’ll develop and maintain market capacity and network models while automating reporting tools to support international growth initiatives. This position blends finance accuracy with strategic execution and offers significant visibility across markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store performance, P&L drivers, customer behaviour, and macro trends
• Build and maintain market capacity and network models
• Produce, automate, and continuously enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Collate, validate, and translate licensee data to support International Grow Report requirements
• Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to inform commercial decision‑making

Key requirements

• Experience in finance or strategy with a commercial focus
• Strong data analysis and modelling capability
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Ability to collate and translate multi-market data into actionable insights
