You will manage a varied caseload—from instruction to resolution—focusing on RTA, employer’s liability, and public liability claims. You’ll work independently with strong client care, risk awareness, and timely delivery, while helping grow the department through relationships with clients and referrers. Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters
• Progress files from instruction through to resolution
• Maintain high standards of legal service and client care
• Handle road traffic accidents, employers liability, and public liability claims
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers
• Work in line with risk management procedures
• Keep up to date with legal developments
• Manage deadlines effectively
