You’ll work directly alongside the
three founders , receiving hands-on training and support while building your own desk in a specialist, high-value market.

What’s on offer?£26K-£32K basic salary – £45K-£50K OTE year 1
Uncapped commission with NO threshold15% commission on first £100K billed17.5% on second £100K, increasing by 2.5% for every additional £100KClear progression to Senior & Principal
