Guernsey Compliance Officer — Regulatory Governance Lead

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory obligations for licensed client entities in Guernsey. You will design and maintain monitoring programmes, provide regulatory guidance to senior management, and report to Boards on compliance matters.

You will act as the main liaison with GFSC, manage regulatory inquiries and annual reports, and supervise sanctions controls and staff fitness checks. A strong background in Guernsey compliance is essential.
