Head of AI-Driven Fraud & Risk (Fintech)

Carmoola is seeking a technically proficient Head of Fraud to own our fraud strategy, build AI-driven defenses, and deploy them in live lending decisions. You will shape risk controls, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Credit, Ops and Collections, and lead a high-impact program from day one.

You’ll design and ship AI agents, fraud models, and monitoring, while building industry partnerships to stay ahead of threats. This role blends coding, leadership, and commercial focus in fintech.
