This role focuses on placing professionals such as civil engineers, architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, and construction managers. You will work closely with construction companies, property developers, and engineering firms to fulfill their critical staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professionals within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the built environment.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, project experience, and leadership potential.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients in property development, construction, and engineering.
- Provide expert market insights and salary benchmarks for built environment roles.
- Negotiate complex offers and ensure a smooth placement and onboarding process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven specialization in the built environment or construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as Civil Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.
- Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle, project management methodologies, and relevant industry software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in construction, engineering, or architecture is advantageous.
