Rue Two Recruitment Ltd is seeking Senior/Associate Building Surveyors for London and Manchester. The roles involve leading project teams, acting as contract administrator or lead consultant, and handling a spectrum of building surveying tasks from defects diagnosis to planned maintenance.
Ideally MRICS with about 5+ years PQE across residential, commercial and refurbishment projects. Strong JCT contract knowledge is essential; NEC exposure is advantageous.
