Employee Relations Manager — Lead, Hands-On ER (Hybrid, London)

Zachary Daniels are partnering with an iconic British retail business to recruit an Employee Relations Manager in London with hybrid working, three days in the office and two from home.

You will lead a two-person ER team, manage your own caseload including complex matters, and provide practical guidance to managers in line with UK employment law.
