Regional Social Media Lead & Field Enablement

Lumesse is seeking a field-based Senior Social Media Lead to develop regional strategies across the UK, driving brand awareness, audience growth and lead generation across the Group’s brands. You will enable branches through training, governance, audits and on-site engagement, and you will lead two Social Media Executives.

You will also oversee content calendars, ensure brand consistency, and provide performance insights to senior stakeholders.
