Senior Early Years & Childcare Finance & Strategy Lead

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking an experienced and values-led Finance and Business Service Manager for Early Years and Childcare. You will provide strategic leadership across early years funding, delivery of entitlements and childcare programmes, working with schools, providers and partners to improve access for families.

You will manage complex budgets, data, and governance, ensuring statutory duties are met and services are high-quality, inclusive and sustainable across the city.
