High-Rise Building Safety Manager | Hybrid Role

Lewisham Council is seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑rise residential blocks and drive compliance with current and emerging safety regulations. You will promote resident engagement and work with residents, contractors and regulators to ensure risks are identified, managed and mitigated.

The role is based at Laurence House, Catford, with a hybrid working pattern and regular inspections across the borough.
