Commis Chef in the Highlands — 3/3 Rotation, Meals & Stay

Sodexo is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen in Fort Augustus, Scotland. You will assist the Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, following recipes, and ensuring smooth service for residents during a demanding rotation.

This role offers a unique, remote Highland setting with meals and accommodation provided during your rotation, plus access to on-site facilities. A minimum of 1 year in catering and valid Food Hygiene certification are required.
