Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily delivery operations, including dispatch, route planning, and driver management.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and transportation laws.
• Manage fleet performance, including maintenance schedules and fuel efficiency programs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of delivery staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery operations management or a similar logistics leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing teams, optimizing routes, and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software, including dispatch and tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
