Branch Service Operations Leader

Morgan Stanley seeks a Service Manager to shape the client experience by driving operational efficiency across branches. You will supervise Service Associates & Receptionists, manage approvals, money movement, and document handling while ensuring compliance with Firm policies.

You will lead a team, coach for performance, collaborate with Market Sales and Risk, and participate in national calls to implement platform changes and process improvements. Travel to branches may be required.
