Our client is looking for a Client Services Manager to join its financial services team, supporting clients through mortgage and protection applications. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to clients’ homeownership journeys while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team. You will help deliver a smooth client experience, keep applications and records on track, and support colleagues with the day-to-day administration of the service.
Based in Holywood, this is an on-site role offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and colleagues in person. The position is 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours, providing some scope to balance working patterns while remaining connected to the team.

The Role:
- Guide clients through mortgage and protection applications, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Prepare and submit applications, liaise with providers, and keep clients informed.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
- Provide client service by phone, email and in person, and assist with reports, illustrations and paperwork.
The Person:
- Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- An organised, detail-focused communicator who can manage competing priorities.
- A professional, friendly and proactive approach, with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Experience in financial services, ideally in mortgages and protection, is desirable.
