Project Manager – York

BMSL require an experienced Project Manager on an initial 12-Mth Contract which could possibly lead to a Permanent role with our Client.

You will be experienced:

• Understanding of project lifestyle & management
• Understanding of off-site or traditiional construction methods
• Poject management competance including financial controls
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on compex/high value building projects
• Relation management
• High-Level of contract dispute resolution knowledge
• Knowledge of relevnt H&S legistlation & procedures
• Understanding of Commercial Projects i.e JCT D&B & NEC
• Ability to negoiate contract terms & final accounts

ACCREDITATION REQUIRED

• HND Level in Construction (Miniumum)
• NEBOSH
• Full UK Driving License

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Substantial experience of delivering compex & large scale construction projects
• Budgetary Control of Projects
• Track record of resolving conflict & negotiating final accounts
• Track record of managing teams & individuals
