Public Sector NEC Commercial Lead

Salisbury-based Commercial Manager role for a 12-month contract (Inside IR35) supporting infrastructure, estates and facilities management. You will apply NEC contracting expertise to ECC/PSC contracts while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve agreed time, cost and quality targets.

Candidates should bring recent NEC3/NEC4 experience, a background in construction/estates or facilities, and knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations.
