Early Careers: Management Surveyor (Hybrid, IOSH & APC)

Workman LLP is recruiting a Management Surveyor to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial spaces. You will advise landlords and tenants on lease obligations, repairs and maintenance, and manage rental income and charges.

The role offers hybrid working with at least three days in the office, a 35-hour work week, and opportunities to progress through APC/Chartered status while gaining broad exposure to ESG, Facilities Management, and Building
