Excellent new opportunity for a M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a huge tier 1 sub-contractor!
About the role of M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a huge tier 1 sub-contractor with an outstanding turnover of over £700 mill. They have grown from a small electrical contractor to a award winning, industry leading company! Projects they cover include healthcare, defence, industrial, offices, education, residential and infrastructure ranging up to around £60 Million +.
Our client is looking for an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across a rail project in Northwest London.
Responsibilities for M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Manage the commercial and financial performance of M&E projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare and submit valuation applications and payment claims.
- Mentor and manage Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements for M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Lives within commutable distance to Northwest London
- Be in a M&E Lead Quantity Surveyor or M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- Degree qualified
- Previously led a project
