Hybrid Training Consultant – CRM & Change Enablement

Reapit is seeking a Training Consultant to collaborate with customers, identify training needs, and deliver tailored enablement plans across our platform. You’ll work with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Professional Services to align outcomes and drive value.

With a focus on UK operations, you’ll build strategic relationships and contribute towards a £75k consultancy target, supported by a structured commission plan.
