Rotork is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance at our Bath campus. This role focuses on embedding a culture where safety, wellbeing and sustainability inform everyday decisions, not just compliance.
You’ll translate group HSE strategies into practical actions, develop training, manage ISO systems and support energy reduction initiatives across a manufacturing site. A hands-on leader who can influence and coach is ideal.
