Hybrid Telephone Mortgage Growth Manager

Fleet Mortgages is seeking a Telephone Business Development Manager to promote our products and offer expert guidance on lending criteria to intermediary partners. You will build and maintain relationships with brokers and be the main contact for new business, working with the regional BDMs to maximise opportunities.

The role is full-time, based in Fleet or Manchester, with hybrid working after training. You will use CRM to track activity and ensure compliant, high-quality broker support.
