Operations Manager: Logistics & Team Leadership (Temp to Perm)

Pertemps Bond in Daventry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a diverse team of shift supervisors, drivers and warehouse staff, ensuring safe, efficient and dependable operations across all routes. This senior post is on a temp-to-perm basis after 12 weeks, with typical hours from 6am to 9pm as required, and a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
