FMCG Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (4-on/4-off)

Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Knighton for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance across production equipment, with a focus on reducing downtime and improving reliability.

You will work a 4-on, 4-off pattern supporting both days and nights, and you’ll use a CMMS to maintain accurate records while supporting continuous improvement projects across the site.
