Head of Growth & Bids – Leisure & Public Services

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead the growth strategy and bid activity for the charity’s leisure services. You will shape proposals, manage a team of BD Managers and build strong relationships with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.

The role requires senior BD experience, a proven track record in delivering complex bids, and excellent financial acumen to support business cases and governance across initiatives.
