Operations Manager – Facilities & Field Services (Mon-Fri)

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Crumlin is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across cleaning, power washing, gardening, window cleaning and cherry picker work.

You will coordinate staff, equipment and schedules, drive efficiency, maintain client relationships and ensure high standards on every project. This is a permanent role with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and a negotiable salary.
