EMEA Enterprise Sales Director: Build Upmarket Playbook

Vanta is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead new business acquisition across EMEA. You will build the enterprise motion, drive a high‑performing team, and push to close strategic, large‑scale deals while maintaining a healthy pipeline.

You’ll partner with marketing, RevOps and product to shape pricing, packaging and regional investment, and you’ll represent Vanta at events and with key customers across the region.
