SaaS Growth VP of Sales – Build & Scale UK Team

Selective Search is seeking a VP of Sales to build and lead a world-class sales function for a high-growth UK SaaS business. You will hire and coach a team of AEs, SDRs, and Sales Engineers across UK and Europe, scaling revenue from £15m ARR in Year 1 to £40m by Year 3.

We expect 5+ years leading tech sales in SaaS, proven scaling of ARR, and a hands-on leadership style. The role offers equity and a hybrid London-based working arrangement with strong executive exposure.
