Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Property Surveyor to support their client’s land and property transactions, valuation work, regeneration and asset management projects. The role will manage individual cases and provide professional property advice the client. Contract is for 3 months in Gatewhead, NE8 1HH.
Property Surveyor
Pay Rate: £28.40 per hour PAYE
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office.
Key requirements
- RICS qualified or working towards membership, with relevant property experience.
- Strong experience in property acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
- Knowledge of commercial property markets, landlord and tenant matters and asset management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and report-writing skills.
- Current driving licence with access to a car or suitable means of mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on land and property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
- Provide property and development advice to support regeneration and projects.
- Manage landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals, rent reviews and property rights.
- Manage external consultants and surveying practices to deliver property-related work.
- Prepare reports and provide professional advice at internal and external meetings.
