Global Growth Director – Strategic Pursuit Leader

VML is seeking a Growth Group Director to lead senior client engagements and accelerate live pursuits. You will shape narratives, develop opportunity materials and manage momentum across ES capabilities, working with MDs, EDs, GCLs and partner teams.

This role requires a blend of consulting, technology, agency and sales experience, with a strong track record of moving opportunities forward in complex environments. Hybrid office model applies.
