Our teams work at the forefront of innovation, helping organisations transform and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that truly matter. n Overview n We’re looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll work with teams across the public sector and with external stakeholders, keeping projects moving and everyone aligned. This is a hands-on role operating within structured and governed environments where smooth delivery and time management are key. n Key Responsibilities n n Lead projects from initiation through to delivery and closure. n Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. n Build and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts. n Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, and keep them accountable. n Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. n Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings. n Manage changes to scope, cost, or schedule using a clear change control process. n Run project meetings such as kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives. n Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project processes. n n Required Skills & Experience n n Proven experience managing multiple projects in a similar role (typically 3+ years). n Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills. n Excellent communication and stakeholder management. n Confident using project management tools (eg Jira, Asana, MS Project, or ). n Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure. n Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. n n Desirable Experience n n A recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or Agile/Scrum. n Experience in government departments/public sector. n n Location and Working Pattern n Hybrid working: On-site presence typically 3 days per week. n Location: Swansea n How We Work n It is our mission to make digital easy – through intelligent systems that predict needs, automate complexity, and drive measurable value for the citizens and organisations we serve. n Our Values n Collaboration n We are stronger as a team than as individuals.
