Job Description n We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers within a modern cloud-native environment. Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive engineering delivery, coach and develop team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure and reliable software solutions. n This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an Engineering Manager or Development Manager from a SaaS/product-led technology business, who originally came from a strong software engineering background. n You will have genuinely managed engineers, performance, coaching, hiring, delivery, quality and engineering standards, while remaining technically credible enough to challenge and support senior engineers. n Ideally you will come from modern, fast-moving engineering environments with strong cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, automation, observability and DevOps practices. I’d also like someone very forward-thinking around where software engineering is going, including AI-assisted development and continually improving developer productivity.
