Job Description n Build Engineer | 3 Month Contract | £12.71 PAYE | Ipswich n REED Technology is supporting a healthcare organisation in Ipswich who are on their search for 6 x Endpoint Configuration Analyst/Build Engineer to join a busy Digital Services team. n This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT device deployment, desktop support, endpoint services or IT asset management who enjoys a hands-on technical role supporting end users and delivering high-quality IT services. n The Role n You’ll be responsible for the configuration, deployment and support of IT equipment across a multi-site environment. Working within the Endpoint Services function, you’ll support the setup, tracking and distribution of end-user devices whilst helping to maintain a high standard of customer service. n Key responsibilities include: n n n Building, configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile phones and other endpoint devices n n n n Supporting device rollouts, refresh programmes and new starter equipment requests n n n n Maintaining accurate asset records and inventory databases n n n n Logging, tracking and resolving IT incidents and service requests n n n n Supporting users with device setup and troubleshooting n n n n Managing stock levels of hardware and peripherals n n n n Updating service management and asset tracking systems n n n n Providing guidance and training to end users on devices and applications n n n n Escalating technical issues where appropriate n n What We’re Looking For n n n Experience within an IT support, deployment, build or endpoint environment n n n n Experience configuring laptops, desktops and mobile devices n n n n Strong customer service and communication skills n n n n Experience using ITSM or service desk systems n n n n Experience maintaining asset records and inventories n n n n Good working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 n n n n Ability to prioritise workload and work independently n n n n Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between sites when required n n Highly Desirable n n n Experience with Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM or Autopilot n n n n Healthcare or public sector experience n n n n Experience supporting large-scale device deployments n n n n Knowledge of ITIL processes n n If you have the relevant experience for the role, please apply using the link provided or email your CV
