Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and tailor real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on current real estate trends and sector insights
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare compelling proposals

Key requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• Proven experience authoring strategic documents including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in at least one sector: Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
