Job Description n Head of Digital, Growth & Innovation n Permanent n Edinburgh/Glasgow/Central Scotland (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site) n £74,424 – £75,183 + Excellent Benefits n Hays Technology are delighted to be partnering with Hanover Scotland in the appointment of a Head of Digital, Growth & Innovation. n This is a newly defined strategic leadership opportunity offering the chance to shape the future direction of digital services, innovation and organisational transformation across one of Scotland’s most respected housing organisations. n Reporting to the Director of Finance, Growth & Innovation, you’ll lead the development and delivery of Hanover’s digital strategy, ensuring technology, data and innovation are fully aligned to organisational objectives and future growth ambitions. n You’ll oversee a broad remit spanning digital transformation, technology enabled care, data strategy, cyber security, innovation programmes and business growth initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll help create digitally-enabled services that improve customer outcomes, enhance operational effectiveness and drive sustainable organisational growth. n This role requires a forward-thinking leader with experience delivering transformation at scale.
