Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive digital project delivery for a diverse range of brands from concept to completion. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans that meet business objectives. You’ll communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to clients and internal teams to keep work moving smoothly. This fixed-term contract in London offers the chance to lead high-impact projects within a supportive, collaborative agency culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between client, team, and vendors to communicate needs and drive alignment.
• Understand client short- and long-term goals and market context to guide project direction.
• Develop solid project plans with budgets to protect client interests and guide execution.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across medium to large projects; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate deliverables, risks, and issues; participate in client and internal meetings.
• Create clear, persuasive storylines for client materials and ensure quality standards across deliverables.
• Forecast and track budgets, POs, invoices, and revenue; manage changes and scope communications.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports high-quality work.
• Develop status reports and work with project leaders to align resources and timelines.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing digital projects (site builds, ecommerce, campaigns, microsites, maintenance)
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for collaboration and issue tracking
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, resource management, reporting, change management, roadmaps, and revenue forecasting
• Solid knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques
• Experience leading client conversations about scope, schedule, and budget, and setting roadmaps and strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset with ability to lead by example and stay focused under pressure
