Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you lead the delivery of large office fit-out projects in the North West, aligning on-site execution with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will ensure projects are safe, on time, within budget and to quality standards, driving value on high-format schemes. The role suits an experienced, hands-on PM who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking business. You’ll shape delivery across high-value projects and develop your leadership within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major office fit-out projects from initiation to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Ensure safety, programme adherence, quality and budget compliance
• Maintain strong client-facing and stakeholder relationships
• Manage on-site delivery with practical, commercial oversight
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment

Key requirements

• 8+ years PM experience in construction/fit-out
• Strong background in office fit-out and corporate client projects
• Proven track record delivering £5m+ projects
• On-site delivery experience with practical project understanding
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management
• Strong technical and commercial understanding with good communication
• Ambition to develop and take on more responsibility
• Team player with a positive, social working attitude
• Knowledge of programme management, quality, health & safety and subcontractor management
