Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for hands-on leadership in our busy kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in during shifts and running the line during service. You’ll mentor the team, uphold high standards of food and service, and help develop skills across the kitchen.
