Lifeways Shepton Mallet is seeking a caring Support Worker to help eight individuals with learning disabilities live with dignity, joy and independence. You’ll support personal care, daily routines, cooking, cleaning, and medications, empowering residents to participate in activities they love.
We offer flexible hours (20-30 per week), day shifts, sleep-ins, and sessional/part-time options. The role includes encouraging hobbies and community outings, with a warm, supportive team behind you.
