Senior MEP QS – Major Bristol Project, £10-20m Packages

MEP Technical Talent is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor for a major Bristol development on a long-term contract. You will take commercial responsibility for the M&E package, with packages valued between £10m-£20m and the role requiring strong negotiation and client liaison skills.

The position is based on-site in Bristol, with a daily rate of £400 and an Outside IR35 status. Start is late October/early November, for approximately two years.
