AI and Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

As AI & ML Engineer at Data Reply, you design and develop ML processes across client environments, from data selection to model production. You collaborate with data scientists and senior MLOps to implement models in production and monitor their performance. You manage infrastructure and orchestration pipelines to automate training and deployment, and work with cross-functional teams to tackle client challenges. The role offers extensive training and exposure to leading brands, with a clear path to growth in AI/ML, cloud, and governance. You’ll work on meaningful, production-ready AI solutions on AWS that drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Automate and govern ML pipelines in collaboration with Data Science team
• Manage infrastructure and orchestration for automatic training and deployment of models
• Monitor production ML model performance over time
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Visualization Specialists
• Engage with domain experts to understand problems and communicate findings to clients
• Explore client data and translate insights for stakeholders

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering/Computer Science (minimum 2.1)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
• Strong understanding of CS concepts and cloud computing (AWS) and data science (ML process)
• Excellent knowledge of Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow and sklearn
• Initial knowledge of LangChain and RAGAS
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows; experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
• 1+ year of experience in training, evaluating, and deploying ML models
