Job Description:
Chef & Cook is seeking an experienced relief Canteen Chef to cover staff annual leave for 3 weeks. You will run our staff canteen independently, managing daily breakfast and lunch prep, service, and kitchen clean-down.
Your first day will be a full handover shift with the current chef to show you around the kitchen, equipment, and standard routines. From day two, you will take ownership of the solo operation, Monday to Friday.
