Patient Recruitment & Site Engagement Lead

IQVIA is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate recruitment and retention programs across small to mid-size studies. You will translate strategy into actionable operational and tactical plans, work with sponsors and project teams, and ensure milestones, budgets, and risk plans are managed effectively.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, train CRAs and site staff, and lead recruitment workshops as needed.
