Job Description:
M&G is seeking an Asset Manager for its UK long-lease property portfolio. You will manage a diverse mix of assets, drive income growth, oversee the property management team, and lead ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
With strong MRICS/FRICS credentials and a decade of post-qualification experience, you will coordinate with fund managers, external advisers, and tenants to maximise performance and ensure high-quality portfolio data and reporting.
