Chief Executive — Strategic Leader for Career Development

The CDI is seeking a capable Chief Executive to lead and grow the UK’s professional body for career development. The role is home based with regular presence in the Stourbridge office and requires occasional evening/weekend work.

You will be accountable to the Board through the President, manage a team of staff, associates and volunteers, and drive sustainability, strategy, compliance and external relationships.
