Strategic Procurement Lead — 12-Month Contract

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Procurement & Cost Optimisation Manager for a 12-month contract in Fife, with potential to go permanent. You will review and optimise direct and indirect spend, negotiate with key suppliers, and implement robust procurement processes across the business.

You will work closely with the Finance Director and stakeholders to deliver sustainable value, enabling a longer-term procurement strategy and governance framework.
