Infrastructure Commercial Lead – Pre-Contract & Tender (NEC)

Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on major infrastructure programmes. The role focuses on the pre-contract commercial stage, including tender evaluation, development of contract conditions, and negotiations with bidders.

You should have around 10 years’ NEC experience with a strong background in commercial management within major infrastructure.
