You will provide strategic leadership across landlord compliance, building safety and safety assurance to ensure stock meets regulatory requirements.
The role oversees Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical, and Damp & Mould compliance, and leads the Asset Safety Strategy with robust reporting.
