Hotel Duty Manager – Lead Shifts & Guest Service

Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for Herne Bay Premier Inn. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour.

You’ll lead hotel shifts, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure guests have a great stay. A strong customer-focus and the ability to lead from the floor are essential; prior hotel experience is not required, as we’ll teach you the ropes.
